How to Request Account Deletion

Device ID (optional)
Reason for deletion (optional)

Player Account
Game Progress
Unlocked Dragons
Inventory & Resources
Achievements
Leaderboard Records
Server-side Saved Data

What Data May Be Retained?

Certain information may be retained where required by applicable law, for fraud prevention, security, dispute resolution, or to comply with legal obligations.

Processing Time

Your deletion request will normally be processed within 30 days after verification.
